Garden Festival Exhibitors
Showcase and promote your business and talents in this year’s CVIBGS Spring Garden Festival. **link to exhibitors list coming soon here!** This is the longest running Garden Festival on Vancouver Island and is visited by thousands of participants. The garden show takes place in the Beban Park Recreation Complex in Nanaimo, at 2300 Bowen Road, typically over the second weekend in March. Your business will be advertised when CVIBGS promotes the Festival with Flyers, Posters, Newspaper pull outs, Road signs, local TV listings and promotions. There are annual changes in the garden show program to reach out to new and past Festival participants.

Applications and deposits are accepted year round. Download the Annual Exhibitor Package and Information and the Terms and Conditions. Rent your display booth online, a $50.00 deposit holds a booth for the Garden Festival. CVIBGS Board Meeting - 3rd Thursday of the month, 5:00 PM at GR Paine Centre Garden Show Committee Meeting - 3rd Thursday of the month, 6:00 PM at GR Paine Centre The Committee meeting will start after the Board business concludes.
GR Paine Centre is located at 2324 East Wellington Road in Nanaimo.
We are still looking to fill more positions on our Board and committees. If you have an interest in gardens large and small and can contribute, please join us at the meeting!
